Kurt Springman

President

As President of CES Properties, Kurt Springman oversees financial operations with a focus on disciplined investment management. Formerly President of Sherron Associates, he brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across the business. A former Bellevue City Council member, he has a background in finance and real estate and holds an MBA from NYU and a BS in Accounting from the University of Denver.

Randy Ginn

Vice President

Randy Ginn oversees CES operations, investment strategy, and portfolio performance. Since joining as principal manager in 2021, he has guided over $200 million in investments across 40+ projects. With 36 years of real estate experience and over $2 billion in sales, he is recognized for marketing expertise, efficient project execution, investor engagement, community and industry involvement.

Bryan Graf

Director of Asset Management

Bryan brings extensive expertise in deal sourcing, underwriting, asset management, and the disposition of over $2 billion in assets. He strengthens CES’s analytical rigor, credit structures, and investor visibility. With deep knowledge of debt and equity, he enhances partner alignment and supports operational excellence and strategic growth across the portfolio.

Rose Johnson

Investor Services Manager

Rose leads investor support, assisting with account updates, transfers, IRA coordination, and communication on offerings and distributions. Since joining CES in 2013, she has managed accounting for multiple properties and the firm’s portfolio. Her transition into investor services ensures accurate information, responsive assistance, and a seamless investor experience.
